MASA is a small family business dedicated to preserving the tradition of fresh, handcrafted, and locally-made tortillas here in Hawaii. Utilizing varieties of heirloom corn sourced from proud farmers in Mexico, we are committed to nurturing the connection between two countries by sharing stories and enlightening flavor palettes with this traditional staple.

Our tortillas are made with 100% non-GMO heirloom corn, cooked with only two ingredients: water and slaked lime through an ancient Mayan and Aztec process called nixtamalization. They are made fresh daily, are preservative-free, gluten-free, vegan, and packed with vitamins and nutrients — some refer to traditional nixtamal tortillas as the “OG Superfood.”
